So many leaders with a lack of experience.
-most of the managers are promoted based on their personality and if they are liked by the inner circle of leaders. This results in team leads/newer managers being inexperienced and sometimes are actually bad AEs, so they have no helpful advice to give. I personally don’t want my manager to be almost as new to the workforce as I am.
The office culture is also not that inclusive. It feels like a big sorority. POC are definitely treated worse.
Commission is terrible, 2% when you start on low value deals compared to other kinds of staffing. Not to mention the market for educational staffing is imploding. Down 10-15% year over year because of our government cutting funding.
I felt like I was barely surviving off of each paycheck and I still had plenty of deals.
The bar to get hired there is also really low because they can’t keep good talent. You no longer need a degree to be hired. The quality of employees has gone down the drain, and they keep people employed that are drinking/ doing drugs during work hours, there’s rampant nepotism, and inappropriate office relationships.
Overall just avoid working here.
