Pros
Lots to love about ProCare. Work: The work here is fairly simple. Recent graduates with no experience in the field are routinely taken on the job, and they do well here. You go through a good amount of training before you’re officially cleared to work. I speak from personal experience when I say that most people should be able to do this job. Work/Life Balance: Excellent work/life balance at this company. Work isn’t overwhelming, and once I’m off the clock I don’t need to worry about it. I’ve never had to stay overtime and I get the weekends to myself. Culture: Really fun office culture. The people who work here are super chill for the most part, and we all get along well. Casual environment with a relaxed dress code. Company events and parties are a regular occurrence Coworkers: Like I said, my coworkers are super nice. No big egos here, or anything like that, and they’re willing to extend help to you if you need it. Pay: Decent pay plus you receive commission. You won’t necessarily become super rich from working here but it’s enough money to live comfortably off of. Management: They do their best to help us out. They’re involved enough in our daily tasks but they’ll answer any questions you have if you ask. What’s really great about them though is that they’re extremely understanding. If you have something personal come up in your life, they’ll more likely than not let you off early or find some other workaround so you can take care of things.
Cons
There aren’t half as many cons as pros. But I would say that the hours are long and management’s expectations are high. This definitely isn’t the place for underachievers
