Very, very low salary. The salary isn’t livable unless you live at home with your parents. Due to the stress, it is a revolving door of new employees every week. The workload is unrealistic and the commission is laughable. This is a very high stress job with absolutely no pay off. You are expected to make an insane amount of calls everyday and if those calls aren’t met you will be reprimanded. The environment is very “high school” like. Management instills that the most important role in your success is “making your coworkers and management like you”. As a former employee I wouldn’t refer anyone to this company unless you are a brand new high school graduate with absolutely no experience. The vast majority of employees are extremely unhappy and looking for other opportunities. The high turnover rate reflects the poor work environment and pay.
