The salary stinks.....in an automotive software industry where most salaries start in the mid 50's. The benefits are pathetic. You get no PTO in your first year, and only one week of PTO in your second year. They don't let you drive nice rentals, stay in nice hotels, or have a decent seat on a flight. For our company sales meeting last year, they had us all stay at the SLEEP INN. Per deim is thirty dollars and if you don't use it, you lose it. Sure you can get some software sales and training experience here, but after that, you can make a lot more money somewhere else.
