Pros

My unit was very nice and I loved the new gen building Newer and Nicer facility, lots of resources Incentive pay was nice and options to pick up hours on other floors. Able to make your own schedule

Cons

Constant floating to other units, the other nurses are hard to work with. Nurses don't respect NA's Heavy work load 8-12pts per NA Once you work there and quit (with a 2 week notice) they put you on a non-rehirable list no matter what. Not always willing to work with you
