large company, a lot of opportunities to transfer to other departments, tuition reinbursment, great management within the department

hostile work environment with co-workers, stuck up mean individuals in the customer service department. "im too good for everyone/i am always right" attitudes throughout the room. makes other staff and patients have a sour taste in their mouth about promedica billing, due to the poor customer service reps. very judgmental.
