Poor inter-professional communication. Services that were beneficial to patients and the community which have been proven to positively impact their care and well being are being unwisely cut. The organization seems to be more interested in expanding rather than paying attention to what they are already financially responsible for. Patients and employees are now paying for upper level management’s greed. I can never trust this company again, very disappointed in how access to healthcare for the community is not being implemented as they led me to and the community to believe it was.
