Pros
The drive is close to home, the surgeon and PA's are very kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Cons
It's all for the company. They continually add more and more jobs to your workload. They also hire inadequate managerial staff then allow them to do whatever they want even though it is not good for the office, ie: playing favorites with particular employees.
