      I loved my co workers dearly and patients.

      Cons

      Supervisor was not about employees but was about how he made himself look good. Also as a company they did not have my back at all.

      Flexible, self-scheduling. Good teamwork among coworkers.

      Staffing grids that are not always reasonable. Lower incentive pay than other area hospitals.
