Pros
There seems to be some stability, so job security is decent if you at least try to do your job well. Depending on your position and skills, there are possibilities to move around in the company.
Cons
If you're not a clinician, this might not be the right fit for you. I've never worked in another hospital or health system, but it seems that clinicians get preferential treatment. It would be nice to see the organization value the non-clinicians, as their roles are important and necessary for smooth functioning.
