Pros

Pay and benefits are average. Unless you have a college degree, there are no strong pros. Only problem with that is there are many positions that don't require one. Good people who weren't able to continue education, still need and want to work, but get nothing in return except shown the door at a point in life much too old to start all over again, but not old enough to retire.

Cons

They throw out loyal, very long-term employees and give them nothing for it when they want to buy up more property.
