Pros

Work schedule is somewhat flexible. Very easy going environment, for the most part. I enjoy my coworkers.

Cons

For being a healthcare provider that runs its own insurance company, they do not offer fair coverage/rates for employees. Wage rates are extremely low and unfair; Emt's and Paramedics who work transport make approximately $2 per hour less than competitor companies, even companies that generate less money than ProMedica. Dispatchers are responsible for initiating patient transports via 3 helicopters, 12 ambulances, and 5 ambulettes, yet are paid an average of $7 per hour less than competitors in the area. Management gives major lip service, they do not even pretend to have employees best interest in mind. High turnover rates.
