Pros
Zero pros and horrible benefits. There is nothing positive about this company that prioritized profit over employees and beet patient care. They do nothing to ensure that employees receive a livable wage especially in metropolitan areas with a high cost of living.
Cons
Less than 2% annual cost of living raise and Regional managers telling staff to stop asking for raises. No CEU/licensure reimbursement. Poor equipment and yet they can afford private ADL rooms with the Mirror exercise equipment in other facilities. Yet in our rehab center if something breaks, that’s it. They do not value their employees at all. They do not guarantee hours for all employees. DO NOT WORK HERE! Why does the CEO get 2 million annual bonus and then fire other staff? It does not make sense
