Pros
When I started at ProMedica, I was excited to join what appeared like a stable company. I really liked my job and felt like it was a good fit. Then ProMedica dumped more than 140 buildings to the highest bidder.
Cons
We have had zero corporate support while transitioning to a new operations company. None of us receive communications or direction - it’s a shame really. I used to think ProMedica was a top notch organization. You have ruined our reputation and made us look horrible in our local community.
