Pros
The residents are great and several upper level Directors are wonderful people who really care.
Cons
I was targeted for termination by my HR person. It all started in July of 2022 when this person instigated an issue between myself and another. This person is a bully and is extremely insecure about herself. Complaining to supervisors is worthless. All they cared about was how quickly they could get out the door to go do their "marketing". If you do not appear threatening to the "office manager", you should be fine.
