Cons
There is a reason they are constantly hiring. Hire new grads in at very poor wage, work them into the ground, and they leave within a year. Expect to work weekends and spend holidays away from your loved ones. Office culture is terrible with more emphasis placed on knowing your personal business and gossiping than actually taking care of patients. Half of the office has been there 10+ years and the other half is a constant revolving door. The long term employees bully the newer employees and manipulate management to unevenly distribute workloads heavier on newer staff so they can socialize and leave work early. Management enables this office culture despite receiving this feedback from countless outgoing employees. Their only solution is to increase the pay rate.
