The company seems to be shifting most decision-making to its business leaders and operations teams, which carries a huge emphasis on productivity (like many healthcare organizations). Most physicians have little autonomy or representation within the organization. Work-life balance and physician burnout are not even on the radar. Some ineffective leaders seem to be "grandfathered in" and given promotions, while other very talented leaders have been let go.
