Safety is a priority Patient experience is a priority but deficiencies are not really addressed nor are solutions developed and enforced.
Cons
Work-life balance is challenging as many administrative staff wear a dozen hats because hiring practices are lacking. A skeleton crew is ultimately less effective and isn't efficient. There is more turnover, more sick calls, etc.
