Pros

I can't say enough positive things about this company. After reading some of the less positive reviews on here I can only assume those individuals lacked strong work ethics because hard work is definitely recognized and appreciated by management/leadership. They are extremely supportive of employees who want to expand their skills, both technical and non-technical positions. Very family oriented company. Genuinely want the best for their employees. No micromanagement. Flexible work hours.

Cons

If you're looking for a job where very little is expected of you, this is not the place for you (I don't think that's a con. Some people might though).

There are opportunities to contribute to the activities they plan. If you stick around the retirement is nice.

Cons

Dependent upon the role you may be put in situations you are uncomfortable with. Retaliation for not towing the line is a thing.
