Pros

If you are willing to train yourself, and deal with management for a few years you can develop any skill set your desire in order to get another, better job.

Cons

Training is lacking to the point of non existence. There is no real management, just a bunch of people making the same mistakes over and over. I don't believe the company will be around to much longer. The Owner is a piece of work.

The sales team is a great group of people.

Cons

Management/ownership is so cheap, they will take money from the employees to save the owners own pocket. They don’t hire enough people or the right people to do the job correctly. They always go with the cheaper option and their customers can see it.
