Pros

Leadership at Procon genuinely cares about their employees and the culture at the organization. We are growing and with that comes growing pains, but executive leadership seems to really be making an effort to get our opinion and make changes based on that. Work-life balance is strongly encourage and managers are flexible with work schedules when necessary. I never feel like I am micromanaged and that I can voice any concerns and feel heard. Professional development is strongly encouraged and is a great opportunity to strengthen my skills and grow my career. You receive value-added hands-on experience.

Cons

Working on federal projects can make you feel disconnected from the headquarters work environment, but Procon strives to make everyone feel included. They have two "all hands meetings" a year in which every new person is introduced and spotlighted to create an environment of connectivity. This year they had a summer picnic in which out of state employees were flown in so that they could be involved - most companies wouldn't do that.

Pros

Offers a flexible schedule with a highly supportive team and management.

Cons

Requires the ability to work independently with minimal guidance and adapt quickly to different clients—this can be both a pro and a con depending on your work style.

Pros

Office location in an ideal area. Right by Tysons II.

Cons

Terrible Company to work for. Micromanagement, toxic management (favoritism, poor guidance), high pressure leading to burnout, lack of work-life balance (late nights, weekends expected), and internal politics/cronyism, despite perks like free food and smart colleagues, with experiences varying greatly by team and manager, often described as "cutthroat" or "anxiety-inducing". The Company did allow for telework but stalked you while on line to. Very immature supervisor.
