Pros
- career development is an important reason to join P&G, especially as a young professional - salary&benefits are good and constantly raising if you do a good job - nice environment and you can get help when in need from colleagues all over the world - P&G values make you feel proud - and they are mostly true unlike other companies where it's just words!
Cons
The environment is quite birocratic and some decisions take too long; sometimes people use numbers and results in a distorted way to show their success; - P&G has a good set of trainings and setup allows having at least 3 important trainings yearly , but lately some trainings have been postponed or even canceled several times due to "business urgent needs" which I dislike, and made me miss them totally as I had no time to reschedule for the new timing.
