Pros
The benefits are really good. HR people are always looking to make the employees lives more comfortable. Managers are really good people who work for you instead of the opposite, and they only accept very talented, interesting and good-hearted people. Here we always have a good time. Learning opportunities and tools are also great with many tools and talented people at your disposal. I also really like the work/life balance it offers, with very nice work from home policies and flexibility.
Cons
The career paths and how to advance through them (promotions) are not clear at all since it is up to your managers, the client, the company and the Groupe itself to approve them. Many projects do not offer the slightest chance for growth, and hence they suggest to make points for promotions in other activities at the company, which is very complicated if your projects demand a lot of time from you. Mobility inside the company is almost impossible: it requires you to perform interviews and assessments as if you were being hired all over again. Pay isn't great either, they're staying behind other companies
