Pros
- It has great work environment, culture, people. There's no competitive culture over who wants to get to the top easily. - Great compensation in comparison to the rest of the local companies (pre-paid medical care apart from salary, cash bonus, etc.)
Cons
- It's constantly changing their management structure, not only in people but in processes and strategic view. This makes a lot of noise. - Other companies in the same industry tend to have better salaries, which creates attrition and a lot of staff rotation.
