Pros
The benefits are great (insurance and 401K)
Cons
I'll start off with the first red-flag: there's a reason this place has changed it's name so many times. The company has been: CAPS, ARC, Prodigious, and the last I heard The Pub. So if you want the full history of the company you should search all of it's names. It was a nightmare working here. I would wake up every morning and hope that I would get hit by a bus just so I wouldn't have to be there. The management has always been terrible with the attitude that, if you don't like it then we'll find someone else. This company has: changed job titles to lay-off departments, demanded salary employees work 60+ hours a week, caused every single person I worked with to have a mental breakdown, left free-lance photographers without payment, and fired employees to cover their own missteps with clients. It's normal for someone to be hired and not be trained properly, only to be criticized for not performing to the level needed. I would describe the current Management as a washed up group of sorority girls who still want the real world to feel like a sorority, like they're important again. There was no one above me that I could trust or confide in since anything that was seen as a criticism was relayed to the "inner circle". I cried more times than I can count while working here. In fact my coworkers and I would even discuss the best places to go cry. I would never work here again and if I ever applied to another company with these people in management I would retract my application. I've never been treated so poorly in my life, I would rather work retail than come anywhere near The Pub/CAPS/Prodigious again. Please read at least 3 other reviews before you consider this place. The only positive reviews were written by management.
