Pros
Well defined career path for developers. Great working environment, nice and talented people and depending on the project you can learn a lot and be challenged. There are 3 days of working from home and there are some buses that can bring you to the office. Also there's free parking for the employees with car.
Cons
Salaries are OK but if you have a lot of time in the company you'll be making significantly less than the new hires that have your same title. They're always changing the way to do salary increases and last time the majority of us got 4% increase. Also some of our team members that were promoted received a ridiculous small amount of money for their promotion. There's almost none opportunities for the people in the management path.
