Pros
The most enjoyable part of the job was leaving at the end of the day and having a short commute.
Cons
Typical day is sitting at your desk in their depressing micro office setup getting a constant whiff of restroom smells due to the minimal distance between everything in their micro office. Don't expect any breaks during the work day (no place to go even if you got any) and you're expected to work during your lunch hour or management will talk behind your back about it.
Learned that if from the beginning you have a bad gut feeling about the head of the company that is interviewing you, it will only get worse over time.
It was great that I reported to someone in Minnesota and would let me do my job. Unfortunately both the head of Farmers Branch office/company and his office minion are constantly hovering over you micromanaging everything you do.
The employees (many family members) are afraid of the head of company since he has a short temper and will lose the little amount professionalism he has at a drop of a hat.
Beware of getting hired for a certain office position and after a few weeks later the head of company "ask" if you are willing to do many other job functions he doesn't want to pay you for like helping in the back warehouse unloading 18 wheelers (even while you still don't have insurance).
Hardest part of job was dealing with the head of company, he would rather fire you than have to pay for any maternity leave or related benefits and will constantly try to find new ways to add more responsibilities without paying for extra work.
