Good work environment and support available all the time.

Salary increment is quite less.

I have enjoyed working with my team at PR, the management is excellent at their jobs and at looking out for their people. They've allowed me to pursue and attempt some projects that a more restrictive company would not.

The company is not growing very quickly, is not increasing wages on pace with inflation, and needs some fixes to their benefits system.
