First, we want to assure you that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are sorry to hear that you felt underappreciated. We work to ensure that our employees feel valued and adequately compensated for their hard work – from providing annual performance and salary reviews to offering an extensive benefits package and benefits education. We are always looking into ways to show our appreciation and will continue to make that effort.
Regarding your concerns about harassment, we take these matters extremely seriously. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, be it sexual, racial, or any other kind. Ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment is critically important to us. We are sorry to hear that there have been situations where you felt this was not adequately addressed. We are reviewing our reporting process to make sure it’s as straightforward and confidential as possible.
