Pros

In my 10 years of industry experience, always learnt that for an SQA member, the Delivery team poses biggest challenge and disobedience, whereas even that fable ceased from the response of PA’s Delivery teams – always ready to accept and adopt whatever I could realize for them. Secondly, wherein I have all the praises and regards for their Delivery Teams, a word of caution for SQA aspirants, if don’t want to be part of an inept and mentor less team, wait till their waters clean up.

Cons

I joined PA as QA Team member, yes QA Team, where NO ONE can even properly define and explain the QA’s real purpose, objectives and benefits. A company where a commerce graduate can lead Software Quality Assurance as Process Head, who not only managed to get the company CMMI Level 4, but also grow to Director position by such achievement, with company’s QMS having NOT a single process defined correctly & completely, NO single metrics defined or collected, NO single benefit accomplished for any Project or Delivery function. Poor Delivery guys struggle and succumb in their efforts to complete realizations in absence of supportive process enablement. Very basic elements of SQA process deployment like Defect RCA, Defect Prevention, Process Corrective and Preventive Actions, Metrics are words of “Aliens” for SQA Team and QMS. In my opinion, process deployment is a tool for Delivery function to improve their outcomes in every aspect, whereas in PA the real & honest performers fail to reach even near to their goals and devious & crafty incompetents not just bond for long but also sail thru with their virtual achievements & accomplishments by alleging acclaims of real performers, victims of their vicious plan of despair and give up. Has the management ever introspected for the loss to the organization in this disarray? On top of that, disconsolates assigned from overseas think, with their magic wand they can turn the image and performance overnight, make illusion look reality.

Pros

I worked here when there was no real company and no offices anywhere. A great person was the Indian CEO and we built this company with joy, dedication and grew it to a large team. In the end, the US management screwed everyone who built the company and made some petty money out if selling it. From the reviews, it is apparent they eventually screwed the company as well. The best people from offshore and US left a while ago. Yes, they made a few million dollars, but they could have been like Infosys, they never realized their true potential

Cons

The management in US is the real problem. Really unprofessional, greedy and just wanting to make a fast buck. Offshore team used to be good, now I believe none of the real good people are left here anymore. All the US people have been bad from the beginning. There was no hope there from the beginning.
