I worked here when there was no real company and no offices anywhere. A great person was the Indian CEO and we built this company with joy, dedication and grew it to a large team. In the end, the US management screwed everyone who built the company and made some petty money out if selling it. From the reviews, it is apparent they eventually screwed the company as well. The best people from offshore and US left a while ago.
Yes, they made a few million dollars, but they could have been like Infosys, they never realized their true potential
Cons
The management in US is the real problem. Really unprofessional, greedy and just wanting to make a fast buck. Offshore team used to be good, now I believe none of the real good people are left here anymore.
All the US people have been bad from the beginning. There was no hope there from the beginning.
