ProSoDel truly cares about the employees and the HQ management is always willing to speak with employees, regardless of whether the situation is work related or personal matters. They truly support the employees and are always wanting to see their employees grow and take on larger roles.

Cons

Sometimes they ask more of you without fairly compensating you for it at first. However, they have always ended up increasing the compensation in the end. They just want to ensure you are able to handle it prior to paying you for it.
