Pros

Benefits were better than average

Cons

Unethical unprofessional demeaning place to work in an office as a female. Management behaves like frat boys, constantly commenting in a sexual tone, sexual harrassment goes unnoticed which is hard to believe with cameras everywhere and the micromanaging. HR has no say or control over anything nor does there seem to he an effort to control the behavior that occurs. No open door policy, owner could care less about families or single parents. They lie and make promises to recruit with no regards to a current employer or given job stability. They dont care about employees or people as a whole. One minute everything is great and the next youre on the street after cleaning up the kitchen from a chili luncheon for drivers or serving bbq. after being hired they tell you there is light housekeeping in the office. 20 years working in the industrial manufacturing sector and never have I seen an organization such as this. Left a job to go work here and it was the biggest mistake of my career. The entire company needs a staffing overhaul, ethics training, safety training, EEOC AND HARRASSMENT training.

Pros

Well-maintained trucks that make the job smooth. Routes planned with care, so there’s no wasted time. Dispatch always ready with clear updates and support. A team that values what drivers bring to the table. Every trip feels organized and professional. It’s more than just driving—it’s being part of something bigger, and it feels good to know your work matters.

Cons

Traffic and weather conditions can make the job challenging

Pros

We sometimes get flexible schedules when things are slow.

Cons

The leadership running this company is chaotic and incompetent. Our supervisors often blame employees for their own mistakes. They make terrible decisions, but they never take accountability for their awful results. Another problem with the leadership is the inefficient and problematic communication. I honestly don't bother communicating with our leaders because they always sound annoyed and hostile. It's better to just resolve things with your reliable co-workers than subject yourself to the stress and headache of dealing with the leadership.
