They make terrible decisions, but they never take accountability for their awful results. Another problem with the leadership is the inefficient and problematic communication. I honestly don't bother communicating with our leaders because they always sound annoyed and hostile. It's better to just resolve things with your reliable co-workers than subject yourself to the stress and headache of dealing with the leadership.
