Reflecting on my past employment at this company, I couldn't help but feel a sense of foolishness. The presence of the impudent owner made the experience utterly regrettable. His constant browbeating and belittlement of the employees created a toxic work environment that was difficult to endure. The owner's communication style was incoherent and inconsistent, leaving us bewildered and struggling to decipher his expectations. He would abruptly change directions without explanation, causing confusion and disruptions in our workflow. His lack of coherent leadership was not only frustrating but also hindered our ability to effectively carry out our duties.
