Pros

While there were some issues with the owner, I had the pleasure of working with some knowledgeable and helpful coworkers.

Cons

It was a constant battle, navigating the treacherous waters of this workplace. The owner's erratic behavior and unpredictable mood swings made it nearly impossible to find stability or satisfaction in my role. Each day brought a new challenge as if the owner were actively seeking ways to exacerbate our frustrations and diminish our morale. Not only was I subjected to an oppressive work environment, but I was also grossly underpaid for the demanding tasks I was entrusted with. The owner's disregard for fair compensation was further fueled by growing cynicism.

Pros

Well-maintained trucks that make the job smooth. Routes planned with care, so there’s no wasted time. Dispatch always ready with clear updates and support. A team that values what drivers bring to the table. Every trip feels organized and professional. It’s more than just driving—it’s being part of something bigger, and it feels good to know your work matters.

Cons

Traffic and weather conditions can make the job challenging

Pros

We sometimes get flexible schedules when things are slow.

Cons

The leadership running this company is chaotic and incompetent. Our supervisors often blame employees for their own mistakes. They make terrible decisions, but they never take accountability for their awful results. Another problem with the leadership is the inefficient and problematic communication. I honestly don't bother communicating with our leaders because they always sound annoyed and hostile. It's better to just resolve things with your reliable co-workers than subject yourself to the stress and headache of dealing with the leadership.
