Pros

This company offers a truly professional setting for drivers. Your hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed – good performance is met with good rewards. The equipment provided is top-notch, and the workload is well-balanced and manageable. The management truly values your contributions and recognizes the effort you put in, ensuring you are appropriately rewarded. The benefits package is exceptional, and the compensation surpasses industry standards. Additionally, they prioritize adequate training to ensure you're well-prepared for your role.

Cons

From my first days here and even years later, I have nothing but positive experiences to share.

Pros

Well-maintained trucks that make the job smooth. Routes planned with care, so there’s no wasted time. Dispatch always ready with clear updates and support. A team that values what drivers bring to the table. Every trip feels organized and professional. It’s more than just driving—it’s being part of something bigger, and it feels good to know your work matters.

Cons

Traffic and weather conditions can make the job challenging

Pros

We sometimes get flexible schedules when things are slow.

Cons

The leadership running this company is chaotic and incompetent. Our supervisors often blame employees for their own mistakes. They make terrible decisions, but they never take accountability for their awful results. Another problem with the leadership is the inefficient and problematic communication. I honestly don't bother communicating with our leaders because they always sound annoyed and hostile. It's better to just resolve things with your reliable co-workers than subject yourself to the stress and headache of dealing with the leadership.
