Management spouts about being fair while blatantly having favorites - Anonymous Proficient Auto Transport Employee Review

Pros

If you get on management's good side, you'll have easier workloads anda ton of benefits while getting the same salary as everyone else. You'll have to put up with being ostracized by coworkers though.

Cons

Management likes to tell employees that they treat everyone equally and fairly when that couldn't be further from the truth. They openly show their favor to employees that they like, and ostracize anyone that happens to get on their bad side. A lot of talented employees ended up leaving the compant because they felt disrespected from being ignored, and honestly, I can't blame them for doing so.

Pros

Well-maintained trucks that make the job smooth. Routes planned with care, so there’s no wasted time. Dispatch always ready with clear updates and support. A team that values what drivers bring to the table. Every trip feels organized and professional. It’s more than just driving—it’s being part of something bigger, and it feels good to know your work matters.

Cons

Traffic and weather conditions can make the job challenging

Pros

We sometimes get flexible schedules when things are slow.

Cons

The leadership running this company is chaotic and incompetent. Our supervisors often blame employees for their own mistakes. They make terrible decisions, but they never take accountability for their awful results. Another problem with the leadership is the inefficient and problematic communication. I honestly don't bother communicating with our leaders because they always sound annoyed and hostile. It's better to just resolve things with your reliable co-workers than subject yourself to the stress and headache of dealing with the leadership.
