      Wonderful clients and counselors - I learned a lot very quickly by necessity due to staff shortages.

      Cons

      We were so poorly supported by senior leadership that there was constant turnover and staff shortages. On my first day as a counselor, our program director left. Less than 8 months in, our interim program director left. They were fantastic people but it was unsustainable.

      Coworkers are great people to work with.

      Cons

      I feel like it is unethical to treat the most vulnerable clients in the community with our level of care and licensing. I think it's unfair for both the workers and the clients and puts a lot of undue stress on everyone.
