Cons

The executive management is not very transparent and feel removed from the happenings of the client work. High degree of expectations on staff and slow progress in union negotiations from the executive leadership.

Coworkers are great people to work with.

Cons

I feel like it is unethical to treat the most vulnerable clients in the community with our level of care and licensing. I think it's unfair for both the workers and the clients and puts a lot of undue stress on everyone.
