Cons

Strong division between management and union staff members. A lot of clicks, gossip, favoritism. Salaries out of touch with cost of living in SF.

Coworkers are great people to work with.

Cons

I feel like it is unethical to treat the most vulnerable clients in the community with our level of care and licensing. I think it's unfair for both the workers and the clients and puts a lot of undue stress on everyone.
