      most of the line staff here work really hard and really care about the clients

      Cons

      people in central office really need some management training, or really just some self work and therapy. it's very incestuous up there, and lots of very ethically ambiguous practices. definitely play favorites.

      Coworkers are great people to work with.

      Cons

      I feel like it is unethical to treat the most vulnerable clients in the community with our level of care and licensing. I think it's unfair for both the workers and the clients and puts a lot of undue stress on everyone.
