      - Extremely unsupportive Administration -No current medical admin for support -No program director since September - No security, and no support from admin in regards to this -Large push to have a high census despite low staffing and increased client acuity

      Coworkers are great people to work with.

      Cons

      I feel like it is unethical to treat the most vulnerable clients in the community with our level of care and licensing. I think it's unfair for both the workers and the clients and puts a lot of undue stress on everyone.
