ALOT OF WORK METRIC DRIVEN AVAILABLE TIME - Taking inbound calls like a call center and they manage how long you are in the que. Micro-manage - Upper level is reviewing when you call customer back, when you listened to your voicemail. Long days- no real work life balance No total loss department, we handle the entire claim, move cars, calling the lien holder, sending out total loss documents, taking statements, finalizing.

Pros

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Cons

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
