They'll force place you into "Customer Preservation" because no one wants to be in that position. You have to answer the same damn questions 50 times a day about why their insurance price went up and try to save them. You get yelled at, cursed at, lied to, etc. And when you don't succeed, see yourself out the door, even if you've worked there for more than 5 years. In new hire training they go on and on about how the company cares about you. Makes sure you see past the bs before working there, you're just a number.
