If you’re paying attention, women are entirely forgotten from DEI efforts in the analytics space. I’d expect this in a regular corporate environment but it’s particularly annoying in a place that prides themselves on DEI. Tenured employees aren’t valued as greatly as externals. Compare salaries with your colleagues.
