Pros

Benefits Work from Home Co Workers

Cons

Multiple levels of management Skeleton crew support staff Attorneys are process driven the heavy work load and time requirements for reporting leave you burned out not energized Attorney talents are wasted and take the back seat to micro processed file handling even down to how to write a client letter. If you want to practice law then go somewhere else . If you want to work in a legal assembly line then this is the place to go.

Pros

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Cons

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
