Pros
You get to know all of the managers in the state, even if they work from the other claims office. They truly want you to do well, because they all started as claims adjusters, and they know how demanding the job can be. If they see you struggling, they will do everything they can to help you, short of doing your job for you. The adjusters who have been there a while are willing to help, but will also ask the newer reps questions on things they haven't run into before, or haven't seen in a while.
Cons
The workload can be heavy, especially during summer. They are working to try and get more staff, but it does take time. If you get behind it can be very hard to catch back up, and it can make it overwhelming. While the company and people are wonderful, the work load definitely is an issue.
