The call volume is high and there is never enough time to really engage with the people you work with. I currently do 3 different job roles and will be expected to do 4. I’m not getting paid based on how hard I work or my tenure.The job has become very stressful in part due to be overworked and customers sitting their personal problems on your lap. I’m a very compassionate person but a huge part of my day involves playing the role of a therapist when I have a job to do which is insurance. The stress that is brought to you unrelated to insurance can take a toll on your mental health.
