Pros
The bonus structure: Gainshare is good during performing years - which happens most years. Company growth and stability - phenomenal. The CEO is a former CHRO, so she gets people.
Cons
Team collaboration is how work is done (you do not get to be creative or own anything yourself.) You MUST support diversity group(s) and join in all activities, or you will be looked down on - regardless of your work projects: very rigid performance management and other processes.
